A discussion, then an agreement.
Products, reference grades, origin examples and packing formats on this website help frame a requirement. They do not constitute a live quotation, guaranteed availability or an agreed contract specification. A proposal must identify its scope, conditions and validity.
Counterparty and specification
The proposal and contract should name the actual legal entities, product specification, quantity and tolerance, packing, destination and delivery window. Credentials belonging to Accentuate do not automatically apply to another group entity.
Delivery and responsibilities
The commercial discussion identifies the delivery basis and named place, who arranges carriage, and the applicable receiving responsibilities. Inspection, documentation, insurance, import arrangements and discharge obligations should be made explicit in the agreement.
Payment and security
Proposed payment instruments and any tender security or performance requirements are assessed for the specific transaction and counterparty. No payment facility, bank instrument or guarantee is committed by this website.
Inspection and acceptance
Agree the inspection agency or process, sampling basis, analytical limits and document requirements before execution. A generic specification sheet is not a consignment certificate. Discrepancies are reviewed against the process established in the contract.
Enquiries and changes
You can send an enquiry through the online form or prepare an email draft on the contact page. An enquiry does not reserve stock or establish a purchase commitment. Send changes with the relevant proposal or contract reference to tradedesk@accgt.com.
