Enquiry preparation

The landing-page and simplified website enquiry forms submit your contact details and supply requirement to our server for delivery to tradedesk@accgt.com through Resend. Form values remain in the current page session and are not saved to local storage. The main contact page also offers an email-draft form.

“Open email draft” passes the draft to your configured email application. Nothing is sent until you send it there. “Copy enquiry” writes the draft to your clipboard when you choose that action. “Download draft” creates a text file on your device.

The information you choose to share

An enquiry may include your name, organization, email address and procurement or supplier details. Use the notes for information relevant to the conversation. Attach specifications in your email application; this website does not provide an attachment upload service.

Product and sector links can include non-personal enquiry context in their URL. Those URLs may appear in browser history. Avoid adding confidential or personal information to a URL.

Email and external services

Online enquiries are processed by our website host and Resend for email delivery. Emails sent from your own email application are handled by your email provider and the recipient’s email systems. Contact the named recipient about information in a sent enquiry, corrections or deletion requests.

Map links open an external map service. That service handles its own visitor information. The website’s films, images and fonts are served as site assets; the film is not an embedded third-party video player.

Site operation

The website host may process ordinary request information, such as IP address, browser details, requested URL and time, to serve the site and maintain its operation. This enquiry implementation does not add an advertising tracker or analytics integration.
